Tell us what you’re looking for — a specific tour, a private cruise, group rates, or just advice on what fits your trip. We’ll get back to you the same day.
Most of our tours can be booked directly online — pick your date, choose how many people, and confirm. For private cruises, boat rentals, and a few specialty experiences, we use an enquiry form so we can match you with the right boat, captain, and timing. Either way, you’ll get a confirmation by email the same day.
In high season (June to September), yes — popular tours like the Shipwreck & Blue Caves Cruise and the Turtle Spotting trip can sell out days ahead, especially on weekends. In May and October, you can usually book a day or two before. For private cruises and group bookings, we recommend reaching out at least a week in advance.
Sea conditions decide everything. If a cruise can’t run safely, we’ll either reschedule you to another day during your stay or refund you in full — your choice. Land tours (Jeep Safari, Island Tour, Horse Riding) almost always go ahead unless conditions are extreme. We’ll always be in touch the evening before if anything’s changing.
Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour for most experiences — full refund, no questions. Same-day changes (different time slot, fewer people) are usually possible if there’s availability, just call us. Private cruises and rentals have separate cancellation terms which we’ll share at booking.
Almost all of them, yes. Children’s pricing applies on most tours (usually ages 4–12), and infants under 4 generally travel free. The Turtle Spotting and Sunset Cruises are especially family-friendly — calmer water, shorter duration. The Shipwreck & Blue Caves day cruise is also great for kids who enjoy swimming. For the Jeep Safari, kids 6+ tend to enjoy it most.
Absolutely. You don’t need to swim to enjoy any of our cruises — most of the magic is in the views, the caves, and the coastline from the boat. If you’d like to swim at our stops, life jackets are available on every boat at no charge. Just ask the crew.
Departure points vary by tour — each cruise leaves from a different port depending on its route, and land tours pick you up directly from your hotel anywhere on Zakynthos. The exact meeting point, time, and directions are listed on each tour’s page and confirmed in your booking email. If you’re not sure how to get there, just ask — we’ll help you plan the trip.
Yes — included on all coach tours, jeep safaris, and most multi-stop excursions. For cruises, we provide pickup from major resort areas (Laganas, Kalamaki, Argassi, Tsilivi, Alykes) for a small additional fee, or you can drive to the port directly. Just select pickup at booking or let us know.
For cruises: swimsuit, towel, sunscreen (reef-safe is appreciated), a light jacket for the sunset cruise, and a hat. Water and a small snack are good to have, though most boats have a bar onboard. For land tours: comfortable shoes, sunscreen, camera. We’ll send a full list with your confirmation.
That’s our favourite kind of question. Private cruises with your own itinerary, group celebrations, weddings, photographer-onboard requests, multi-day combinations — we’ve done all of it. Tell us what you’re imagining and we’ll build it. Use the form above or call any of our 20 offices across the island.
